Hello, I have the same model, T-Roc - 2021. There is currently a new map available on the VW website, but it won't update. I bought two different prendrive for USB-C, unpacked the file according to the instructions in many ways and nothing. I still cannot update the maps. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

After a lot of testing and going to VW service, I was able to come up with some conclusions. I was able to update the map to exFAT, but it was happening in the background and without any information. The maps were updating 3h of the car being turned on, more or less. I bought the car in January this year and had a map version of 23.6. On the VW website, there was a map 23.11 and I tried to updatew it in the T-Roc. All the time without success. Recently, version 24.6 came out on the VW website and I was able to do an update in the car, but not to version 24.6, but to version 23.12. This is very funny and it comes out that for me the map version is always half a year behind. I checked the map files on my computer and they are from February 2024, so I guess everything is correct.

@dreezone On VW they said everything would be done in the background. Just to be sure, check if the car detects a flash drive. In the media tab, or connected devices
