I changed my ticket which was booked not directly with them (agent).It was non refundable or changeable.Had a family issue in Pakistan and rang Kuwait airlines in Uk and they changed the dates for free!!!!!

My room was on 21st floor & for the higher floor you have to check with the hotel’s reception.
