Polen, Lublin was not in the Russian Empire. After the Third Partition of Poland in 1795, Lublin was located in the Austrian empire, then following the Austro-Polish War of 1809 it was part of the short-lived Polish Duchy of Warsaw, and then in 1815 it became part of the Congress Poland in the Russian Partition of Poland.

There are spelling mistakes on this clip. Lublin is not a jewish town, it has Polish Slavic roots and we must keep repeating this!

hi this video is pretty much helpful im from the philippines and we are going live to netherlands and we have 2 dogs and we want to move to netherlands together with them its our first time to travel with dogs and im straggles with pet travels bags required because i cant find the exact size here if not to small its too big from required size L46 W28 H24 is this the same size u used also?

The carriers we purchased were slightly larger than those dimensions, but are soft sided and a bit flexible for compressing slightly to fit under the seat. One is 46x28x28. The KLM agent at check in wanted to make sure the dogs could fit comfortably, but weren't weighed and the carriers weren't measured. We always move the carriers out from under the seat after takeoff and into our leg room or on our laps and expand them so the dogs have more space. They have flown a dozen times. :-). Make sure to have two copies of your pet paperwork printed, as a new KLM policy is to keep one copy when you check in at the airport. You'll of course need a copy to present to the customs agents in Amsterdam as well. If the link works, this is what we purchased.
