I’m not sure if they meant Xros Wars or Xros Hunters but Xros Hunters had so little story and the majority of the episodes are filler. It’s quite a shame as it had the potential to tell a good story even with the episodes being limited to 25 (I believe). Still I’m a big fan of the characters and the Xros Hunting method as it’s crazy cool!

@@omnimon1996 Aww so you mean the AMVs just capture the good parts kind of like old Dragon Ball or Ramna stuff? The rest is just pointless filler to draw out time to make new episodes. That's a shame. I know all my digimon friends say it was a terrible show that almost killed the whole franchise but they never elaborate. I don't suppose there's some kind of Abridged one that only focuses on the good or at least makes light of the filler in a modern way?

I also just want to state the only way fillers can be good is if a fan it’s just happy to see more of the world and it’s characters versus a story, they don’t have to be consider a huge negative. I’m just stating that’s mostly what you get from this series are just the characters and the world presented. By all accounts there will always be some good with the bad, and that’s what I always like to focus on more. Xros Hunters has some cool fights and greats songs like the one on this AMV or Tagiru Chikara (which is my favorite song), and Arresterdramon gets an evolution sequence to another form and that animation sequence is definitely one of my favorite digivolution sequences in all of Digimon. I ultimately have to rank it the lowest of my favorite season list but it doesn’t mean everything was bad. Just the other seasons had more good things to offer! :D I’m gonna be honest I’m not really sure. I don’t keep up with much Abridged content and the last Abridged I saw for Digimon was Digimon Tri but I think it got scrapped after the first 4 movies. I’m sorry. T-T

I believe the majority of the scenes come from the last three/four episodes in Xros Hunters.

Yeah the writing for the narrative (when it was there at least) could’ve been a lot better. I get they want to give Tagiru his moment but it could have been a great collaboration of all the heroes together to get the win since this was the only time all the Google boys came together in an anime. They really gave up on the writing in favor of Appmon and Tri’s development. And is so sad it had such a cool moment and I still have to say Xros Hunters is my least favorite season when it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!! =_=;

True. I just wouldn’t say evil though. More like powerful creations made from evil. As Mewtwo and BlackWargreymon are anti-heroes not villains. While Arukenimon and Team Rocket straight up evil. XD
