For this specific vehicle you don't have access to that, it would be in a higher trim level.

I would consider taking it to the dealership at that point and having them look at it, there could be an electrical issue.

@@tarrencess do you even know what your talking about? The entire point of what I am saying is that theres a launch gear now so first is real. lol, and yes its sick. If you put it in sports mode itll get you all the way up to the speed limit before the cvt chooses a ratio to switch over from first gear.

@ no dont be thats pretty much the truth for models before 2019 my mom has a 2017 and you can totally feel it being sluggish even with eco off because its purely cvt and the ratio is still laggy af.

It is most likely the ECO mode, you can turn it off in the vehicle settings.

Hello @rachelweatherford9626, If you have the Kia app, you are able to access the heated seats and turn on the heated seats 'remotely', however you cannot link it to remote start, hopefully Kia makes that a feature in the future :) Hope this helps!

As for most VW vehicles, in order to close the windows, you hold your thumb on the keyless entry icon/button on your vehicle whilst holding the hold button on the key fob. If this doesn’t work, we’d love to make a video explaining it in more detail :)
