You should tell us how long it actually took you,.We have become an "instant society " because of the instant gratifying effects of sped up tutorials and time lapse filming. Personally it makes me impatient and anxious to finish projects, l have to remember my teachings and possibly walk away at times😂❤

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Creating art is actually my way of slowing down and enjoying each detail. Though the video is sped up, this simple detailing took me about 20 minutes 😊That’s how slow I take it.

I have been dotting for several years now and l lose myself in it.l have always loved alot of different mediums but find this so soothing. Your work is superbly beautiful and you are very patient which l work on 😂 l always want to hurry and lwind up messing up 😢, haste does make waste 😉👍👏Super job!!!l know your work goes way beyond dotting, but l would imagine you still find a meditation about it.🙏
@myworldofmandalas3 ай бұрын
I can totally relate to what you’re saying about rushing to finish the work. It happens to me too. Sometimes I just can’t wait to see the final piece, but I remind myself not to rush because even a single wrong stroke, line, or dot can undo hours of hard work. I’m working on being more patient with that. Drawing mandalas definitely feels meditative and therapeutic for me as well.
