You can give it up. I've realized in the morning after waking up is the best time to ignore all addictions, but also one of the hardest. How long after waking can I go before I make a cup of coffee, or smoke some tobacco, or pack a bowl of flower, etc. It's better to slowly give an addiction up if you rely on it and have for years. Reduce consumption, analyze your progress, and plan to do better. Eventually you may go a whole day with nothing but air, water, and food.

Thankyou buddy.... we're all at different stages in our lives n minds I think I'd reached that point i think I just needed to find meself again.... a lot of people will disagree and say smoking weed is good for there mind etc and I simply can't argue with that.... just for me personally I can see I've defo made the right decision.... tbf not working ATM was the perfect storm as I've been able to purely focus on just this one thing.... We can all sit about smoking loads of tasty weed but there's a time and place for it and to smoke it everyday isn't right. No i haven't in a long time..... weed smokers don't dream you completely skip rem sleep. After last night I can readily say.... it is dmt being secreted in our brains that causes us to dream.... it was like having a trip... plz don't think I'm advocating using dmt. Nobody should use it unless they're 💯 they want too. I've used dmt in the past and it's only a personal experience but it did help me.... it works mechanicaly the same as anti depressants as in your dopamine and serotonin receptors.... its something that's very difficult to explain ... personally I don't no if I'd do it again I don't really feel the need... if I was to hazard a guess 15 to 20 times I've done it.... dmt 5meo which is the toad venom twice. Its a very private experience and man to man ill never regret doing it.....
