How beautiful..children were children, simple life and not clutching their cellphones like today slumped in a chair and not conversing with others .Só much hás been Lost of innocent childhood. My grandmother didn't have television,so on Saturday we would sit and listen To the Saturday play on the Radio .And I think on Sundays "Sing something Simple ". Happy loving days .Lovely memories..reading through the comments here.. One could write a Journal of those days, capturing moments .

Funeral colors it seems? Women aren't supposed to wear black to a wedding, that's proper etiquette maybe it's different in the UK...but they look as if they're all attending a funeral, unfortunately. That's why the rule stands.

When getting married meant ‘until death do you part’. Not like these days where it means little more than an expensive party.

Would not go back to tis ugly time for anything. The surface of tight social control and nonsense class processes. Just awful. I am at the end of my life now and I love the social scene, I love the way we have forced institutions like the church and many others to show their dirty underbelly of criminal activity and sex pests. Nothing to miss here.

I was a child of the 1980s and 1990s but remember my family she's with my mum dad, older brother and sister . Very sadly my dad and brother are no longer with us. I'm 40 now and my mum is 79 my sister 55. No grandparents left and my uncle is in a nursing home. Would love us all to be young and happy and alive again.❤
