Stay away from Spectrum! They are full of hidden charges and they do NOT broadcast certain channels in HD cutting off half of your screen

@@Spectrum already had your team of technicians tell me that they dont know what the problem is. I dropped your tv service and as soon as I find a replacement for Internet, youre gone there too! Between packet losses, hidden charges, and fake HD channels….its been the same song and dance since you were Time Warner! There should be an investigation

Ive had spectrum internet for a couple years with no problems especially during the pandemic they offered a low monthly bill that I could afford. A few months ago I call spectrum to ask them what’s the least amount I could pay since I noticed my bill was higher than usual this lady says why don’t you take advantage of our spectrum mobile but I told her that’s okay I already have a phone she was persistent saying why would you pay so much when you could have a lower monthly bill and a free phone. Than she says how about you pay nothing this month and we’re mail your free phone I thought well my 19 year old could use a better phone. The phone comes I noticed when we took it off the charger the battery would drop fast so I called them explained I mailed the phone back they mailed me a phone that worked I checked my email and it said spectrum mobile was mailing back the bad phone and would be taking $231 out of my account July 30th 😢these people are frauds I struggle I wouldn’t recommend spectrum mobile to no one they lie and their rip you off

They do not comply with the agreements, what they offer as "trade in" is not true, once they receive your old device they make absurd excuses to not comply with the deal and they do not give you any credit by stealing it from you.
