@@KristinZ Scratches actually are a mark of High Quality Veg Tanned Leather. People complaining of scratch should buy rather canvas or something made of plastic. No scratch means either its very nicely taken care of or most certainly its a Chromium Tanned Leather than vegetable tanned (veg is usually considered more durable and high quality). Bigger brands usually use chromium tanned leather as, it keeps their costs low, is easily produced and above all keeps their margins high.

I think the rollers may just reach your shoulders.

Mine is going strong. I use it a lot, especially in rainy days as it is waterproof. There is no obvious wear and tear.
