Best music piece ever made period. Nothing can come close to this. I have listened everything this song uses binaural beats at the end with that psycho saxophone. It's top class. Alien level shit!!!!!

Saw them at Beacon theater in NYC. Absolutely Epic. What great OLD venue. Also saw the Allman Bros. there in 94/95. They used to book the theater for a whole month 😊

Here is a review I had written in Allmusic recommending Mountain-Over The Top. An absolutely almost perfect double CD Best Of collection. The only problem is this CD does not include "Boys In The Band". Very puzzling given it is such an important and phenomenal track. But, with that one flaw, the collection is great. Mountain deserves their due. Over The Top is a pretty strong two CD comprehensive Mountain compilation. It's got all the classics and many of the underrated gems in their catalogue. These include "Blood Of The Sun", "Dreams Of Milk And Honey, "Silver Paper", "Sittin' On A Rainbow", "You Can't Get Away", "My Lady", "Travelin' In The Dark" and "One Last Cold Kiss". The classics include "Mississippi Queen", "Crossroader", "Never In My Life", "Theme From An Imaginary Western", "For Yasgur's Farm" and "Nantucket Sleighride" among others. If you have the LPs and are looking for a handy CD that is satisfying, Over The Top is it. If you don't own any Mountain, this would be the one to get.

Everything I’ve ever wanted to do musically can be heard here! Brilliant vocal harmonies , melodic jazzy blues rock guitar lines, perfect harmonica tone and solo, tight bass and drum section, and when Peter and Steve start jamming on the overdriven fender Rhodes and Hammond come on! forget it! It’s over! 🔥🔥🔥 devastatingly brilliant, but probably just a throw away jam to them, yet their unique brilliant style is shines bright here.
