They are good in advertising The products are cheap quality and the worst is the customer service response and plus the compel you to do advance payment for repair without letting you check and confirm if the problem is resolved

My expensive watch had quality issue within 2 year of purchase. Very poor brand quality and service i would suggest not to invest in this brand as the customer service response is very poor plus the brand will compel you to make payment for the repair without letting you check and confirm if the watch is repaired properly.

Reason being they don't manufacture their own movements. They buy from a Japanese watch company which is reliable. Mostly seiko or citizen. Additionally, the outer case would not be constructed to a good standard. The glass would be mineral which is basic. Strap is genuine leather which is the cheapest.
