The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights is a cornerstone of the European Union’s legal framework, safeguarding the rights and freedoms of individuals within the EU. Enacted in 2000 and legally binding since the Treaty of Lisbon in 2009, the Charter sets out a comprehensive range of civil, political, economic, and social rights for EU citizens, providing a robust legal instrument for the protection of fundamental freedoms across the Union. The Charter consolidates and codifies rights that were previously scattered across various treaties, conventions, and case law, offering a more accessible and transparent outline of the basic rights of individuals within the EU. These rights cover a broad spectrum, including dignity, freedoms, equality, solidarity, citizens' rights, and justice. This makes it an essential tool for ensuring the protection of human rights in the context of EU law and provides citizens with a clear reference point for asserting their rights. One of the key features of the Charter is its emphasis on dignity, which underpins many of its provisions, including the prohibition of torture, inhuman or degrading treatment, and the right to life. It also protects freedoms such as the right to freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, and the right to seek asylum. Furthermore, the Charter enshrines **equality** by banning discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age, or sexual orientation. In the domain of justice, the Charter guarantees rights to access to justice and to a fair trial. It also affirms the right to an effective remedy, ensuring that individuals can seek redress when their rights are violated. Another important aspect of the Charter is its focus on solidarity, which encompasses workers’ rights, the protection of social security, and the right to health care, as well as protections against unjustified dismissal and the right to strike. For EU citizens, the Charter provides specific rights such as the freedom to move and reside within the EU, the right to vote and stand in elections to the European Parliament, and the right to good administration by EU institutions. These provisions serve to empower EU citizens, enabling them to participate more fully in the democratic life of the Union. The Charter is also crucial in strengthening the legal standing of individuals who wish to challenge EU laws or actions that violate their fundamental rights. When individuals believe that their rights under the Charter have been breached, they can seek justice in national courts, which are required to interpret and apply EU law in line with the Charter. If necessary, individuals can bring cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The Charter also places a duty on EU institutions and member states to respect and uphold these fundamental rights. While the Charter directly applies to EU institutions, its application to member states is conditional upon the implementation of EU law. In other words, the Charter’s provisions apply when national authorities are implementing EU law, ensuring that EU laws and policies adhere to the fundamental rights it protects. In conclusion, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights is a vital legal instrument that enhances the protection of human rights within the European Union. It not only guarantees essential rights but also provides citizens with the means to assert those rights and hold authorities accountable. The Charter reflects the EU’s commitment to upholding democracy, the rule of law, and human dignity, and serves as a critical safeguard against abuses of power and injustices.

*Do you know the notion of innocence of existing?* We are innocent of existing, not just when we are born, we are innocent all our lives. It is because you sense it that you act; but do you perfectly understand this notion of innocence of existing? If you want to change the world, you will have to know it and all its many implications. With this notion you will be able to achieve Justice and Education, because the latter is especially the problem of humanity. How to properly educate a person if you are mistaken about what a person is? How can you deliver true Justice if you don't know what innocence is to exist?

Talking about hundreds of thousands Afro-Europeans, some families been here for over 1000 years, suffered slavery for centuries (slavery was common in Europe until it became more profitable to sell people in América, fought world wars (first line of fire of course), went to concentration camps etc... and their still being asked "where they are from" or to "go back home"(?!), or how well they speak their mother language. They rarely appear in our European History and Education. Rather know my European history and reality than perpetuating those criminal mistakes...and maybe one day ALL citizens will have the same equal rights and access to justice in their own land. Peace & Love to ALL!!

Broken Equality , Civil Rights Movement For People With Disabilities, Native American Equality, And The 67 Year Civil Rights Movement Revealed... On May 17, 1954, Oliver Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that U.S. state laws establishing racial segregation in public schools are unconstitutional, even if the segregated schools are otherwise equal in quality. On September 4, 1957, nine Africa-American students entered Central High School in Little Rock, desegregating it for the first time. These student we’re allowed to attend the same classes, and had the same education as European American students. This began the civil rights movement that started in 1954. But the Sovereignty Law of Arkansas that was created when the Arkansas Claims Commission was established in 1957 would be used to attempt to prevent public school integration from happening. Although The US Army reserve would be sent to force federal laws in the matter. Even though this would mark the beginning of end to Jim Crow, The Arkansas Claims Commission, through the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, would continue to abused its state citizens into the present day. It would continue this abuse at a school known as Arkansas Career Training Institute (ACTI) to its students; it would make ill, persecute, and throw in jail a man known as Brian Ridlon; and it would Make ill with worry for her sons a woman known as Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon leading up to her passing away in July 2020. People of all races are now supposed to have the same opportunity in public schools. Do these laws apply to those with disabilities? What about people born with dyslexia, alexia, and other congenital learning problems? People injured on the job cannot fully recover have physical and/or mental disabilities. Veterans with disabilities and/or PTSD have an adequate healthcare from the VA, and many our homeless. Senior citizens have disabilities due to their age and associated declining health. They sometimes have to decide between bills, food, medicines, and they health care they need. People with physical disabilities now have laws regarding access to public buildings and businesses. People with mental disabilities have some laws to help them, but find them so struggling to have them enforced. Public Law (PL) 94-142 covers Young people in Arkansas schools, but many times it has had to be shoved down the throats of teachers who just cannot grasp the idea of learning disabilities; they think these students are just lazy. These teachers have said, “You just need to apply yourself”, “You’re lying”, and “Just follow the instructions I wrote on the board, don’t you have a good sense?” These people also need help after high school. In a vocational school in Hot Springs, Arkansas know as ACTI a learning disabled student was told, “Don’t ask all these questions, just go with the flow.”. But despite all these laws & advancements that are supposed to help people with disabilities, they use the same Arkansas state law to circumvent & supersede any court order & law at will. That state law being the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, the same law that was passed in 1957 as a response to Oliver Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka to block the nine African-American students from entering Central High School. Victims of mass shootings often have physical or mental disabilities. Perhaps requiring Photo IDs to help purchase guns would help. Our Native American people are treated as if their birth gives them a de facto disability. They are “US Citizens” only by vote of the US Congress, and that has to be repeated every few years. Other people with Native American blood can formally join the tribe of their ancestors (claim their “head rights”) by renouncing their normal rights as a US citizen. Some people living on the “Reservations” have to have their water trucked in, and must strictly ration their water to make it last until the next truck arrives, which take weeks. Others have to use water from wells with unreliable cleanliness & clarity. Broken Equality at ACTI/Civil Rights for People with Disabilities & Native American Equality in our lifetime for heritage our family our tribe to survive another 40,000 years on our holy sacred land of the continent of America right here in the United States of America , freedom and justice for all of gods children.. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Look at my story⬇️⬇️⬇️ kzbin.info/www/bejne/jmatYamcfqigZ9E

International asylum agreements were not designed with intention to wage demographic warfare against entire counties. They were not designed to support illegal economic migrants or even refugees shopping around for the best deal. They were designed to enable temporary relief for legitimate refugees Unfortunatley many so called "human rights' activists today are far left extremists that have co-opted the term to mean their extreme leftwing politcs.. IMO the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights should be defunded as its far left staff stand against the will of Europeans that don't want Europe flooded with migrants. Leftists in Europe have gone bananas with by not showing any sort of restraint with immigration. They try to manipulatively frame invasion as "human rights". Even "human rights" NGOs should be exposed as nothing more than far left extremists manipulating words to push their politics. Rather than just say they are leftists they say they stand for "human rights' . Thus if you disagree with their far left politics they claim you are against "human rights". Far leftist propagandists
