Wait.. so ai has wiped humanity from the books, and is using skin suits to play “life” against itself? Digital memory is a separate entity from “you” the same way a clone of “you” is still not you
@ConwayCorpChannel52 ай бұрын
Wayne here.....not exactly. A digital storage device is implanted in each person that interfaces with the brain and essentially houses a 'backup' of your consciousness so, in the event of your death, as long as this backup isn't damaged, the backup copy of you can simply be downloaded into another body. The whole system isn't without its flaws though, which is what the game is really about. If you've seen the Netflix series Altered Carbon, it's similar.
@reddragon70302 ай бұрын
Ok but if the data belongs to the cloud corporations, will they modify or implant memories to “maintain social engineering” ? Therefore the individual no longer exists. This was the issue with altered carbon. The elitist all died, and ai skin suits ran tax scams on the world..

Can anything be done after the fact about these officials? Fortunately we were much better than them and able to overcome. They continuously improperly marked the ball and phantom calls against us with overlooked penalties against them. This got to the point of ridiculous. Officials aren't perfect and we shouldn't hold them to being so. Mistakes will happen. The part that is disturbing is when all the "mistakes" favor one side over the other. They don't seem like so mistakes anymore but intentional. So many first downs given and taken via the penalty. This broadcast should be exhibit one in the report to the AAA.

Yall still buy their games? Fallout 3 was the last thing worth playing by them imo. Skyrim was good for a bit but got memed to death. Es6 will be trash im sure and new Vegas was the best game of the genre. Gaming died when assassins creed origins released. Its been down hill ever since.

Skyrim was great, but Bethesda's refusal to innovate or update their look really started to show.Plus, I think they realized they could use the modding community as a crutch. -Wayne

I think that Bethesda hasn't bothered to even try to make a great game since Oblivion. When the modding scene exploded they realized they didn't need to make polished games, unpaid modders would do that for them. They release decent, 6/7 out of 10 games and rely on modders to fix issues and add content to make them better. With 76 and Starfield, they don't (didn't?) have mod support, so players are finally noticing that Bethesda's "out of the box" games aren't that impressive. Hopefully the backlash against these games will force Bethesda to actually do the work and make a polished, great game (personally, I doubt it).
@ConwayCorpChannel53 ай бұрын
Totally agree. Since the online aspect prevents modding it means they can't hide the fact that 76 is a garbage fire that's been raging unabated since 2018. What's more discouraging for future titles is that Starfield has many of the same issues that Bethesda hasn't been able or willing to fix in 76.

Bethesda cant make the money they want out of it or already got what they can so they moved on. Im not gonna be buying any Bethesda games until I see someone do a playthrough and I decide I like it. Probably gonna be a while. A long while.

Wayne here. It just sucks because Bethesda RPGs used to be a sure thing. That's just not the case nowadays.
@mindless_drift3 ай бұрын
I wouldnt call bethesda games "polished", "bethesda magic" is a term for a reason. 76 has come a long way and while its nature as a mmo style game and horrid launch state understandably turned a substantial amount of people away, you should give it the credit it deserves. Itd be nice if the next fallout had a mmo type mode that was separate ffrom the base game so it wouldnt get in the way of mods, as long as its able to be implemented without taking to many resources away from the main game.
@ConwayCorpChannel53 ай бұрын
Wayne here...thanks for the comment. I was a day 1 FO76 player so I've seen it change over the years but the fact remains that when I was checking out Milepost Zero, I experienced many of the same bugs that were there at launch. Bethesda games are definitely not polished but they are using gamers' nostalgia for that good ol' Bethesda Jank as an excuse to be lazy and that's a problem.

Why can't Correctional labor be used ? In years past , Pulaski County had prisoners cleaning roadsides . Why can't that not happen in this instance? I am sure incarcerated individuals would be interested in getting out and providing free labor.

It's called contextual ammo. A great way to farm ammo. Also if your perks are correct, they won't be bullet sponges. GET GUD. If you don't understand this, maybe you should stop gaming.
@ConwayCorpChannel57 ай бұрын
Wayne here, thanks for the engagement!. I'm glad you brought that up. See I've been waiting since day 1 for this game to "get gud" and I'm still waiting. The perk system is the most useless leveling system in any Bethesda game ever. Change my mind!

There is a contextual ammo mechanic which it gives you the ammo for the gun that you killed the enemy with
@ConwayCorpChannel57 ай бұрын
Wayne here, thanks for that explanation. I still stand by my statement that it's "too ridiculous to be a bug". I suppose they are trying to combat the fact that ammo for certain weapons is often difficult to find for purchase. The problem I have with it is that if you are only using a certain weapon because it's the next best option in your inventory because you ran out of ammo for the gun you actually want to use then you have almost zero chance if getting more ammo because every enemy keeps dropping the ammo. Make Ammo Drops Great Again.
