Glad to see Sac still open. My first drag event was there in '79 at the Spring High School Championships with my '75 Kawi Z1b. Over 400 entrants and I lost in the Semis. 13.13ET for a 16-year-old kid on a bike is crazy to think about. (Dad didn't find out I was racing until he found the trophy. Oopsie!) Keep kicking ass. I'll see you out there one of these days.

We have 4 et bracket points races left this year at sacramento, a couple left at sonoma. They also run Wednesday nights at sacramento almost every Wednesday. Check both their websites out for exact dates 👍🏻

It is losing numbers because it's hot because of the timing table under base corrections. In the editor, it's SPARK / ADVANCE / BASE CORRECTIONS. You need to look at the ones for IAT / ECT, and it is most likely adding negative timing to your base tables. The reason why you slow down a few numbers. I honestly zero them out besides the extreme low and high temperatures; not like a Carb motor cares about timing because it usually runs at 180 degrees or 210 degrees.

Thank you so much for venturing up "behind the Redwood Curtain" as us locals like to say. Was great to see, and race against, so many "out of area" hot rods. Yeah the air intake temperature plays a big role! I race my DD in Sportsman and constantly make sure it's round the same everytime I take off. If its 10 degrees hotter than normal it would run 500s off. I try to keep it as cool as I can throughout the day to avoid a major breakout getting chase by someone 40mph than me lol

HPTuners plus...car slowing down due to IAT is because of a timing table that retards timing because of IATs, need to honestly zero it out around the normal IAT that you see there. I'm pretty sure on mine I just zeroed it all just like a distributor would act like. Also for doing the womp womps need to adjust the transmission tables to not do anything from 1st through 3rd keeps the converter from locking up and throwing the car off.

I already have the actual timing table and spark retard limits equal, and i havn't noticed the converter lock up while im ripping yet but I'll definitely look at both of those, thanks!

@@loganryan7353 Also for coolant temperature and timing, and watch for knock retard as well. I knew I was putting in non ethanol gas so I pretty much cancelled mine. Don't recommend that to everyone lol.
