Jazakallahu Khaira brother for the video. As a validation of this current process, i spoke to the UAE embassy in Karachi over the phone and they have advised to use online method too as its easier and frees you from the issues of getting fresh USD 41 notes for each document. Also, all they need is transaction number in the email that you'd receive. Ensure you select the correct embassy outside of UAE in your country for the originated document (Islamic Republic of Pakistan). If you live abroad as I do, your relative can visit the embassy in Karachi or Islamabad and get the original documents attested. Ensure you send your visiting relative the payment reciept that has the transaction number. May Allah make it easy for you.

Process update. (Document attestation) 1. TCS helpline wouldnt tell you that you need a copy of the passport and id card for attestation. Please take it along with all the documents as photocopies. 2. Two Payment documents are there. 1 is the reciept with barcode, other is the confirmation pdf you get in email. Print out both. 3. Charges have increased to 1180 RS for 2 documents. (TCS) 4. Time for attestation had increased to 25 days to 30 days. 5. Most important. Go to main outlets of TCS if you're going after 2pm. Helpline asked me to visit a branch that offers ths service till 2pm.
