Holy crap I was actually at this very show, 13 years ago when I was 17. It was an incredible performance. I’ve seen the afghan whigs since then but this was unfortunately the only time I ever saw mark live. I had tickets to one of his solo shows just a year or two before he died and I didn’t go. I will always regret that. The band was really in full gear for this show though, have to mention it again

The song, the performance, the context. this is possibly one of the best videos that has been and ever will be taken. The song makes me want to scream the lyrics at the top of my lungs and also curl up into a ball in the corner if my room. Everything about it is perfect, the whole album is out of this world. it is the greatest piece of music and words ever written and I cannot be more grateful for it. thank you Domino records for the album, thank you my space for their popularity and thank you Alex for this lyrical masterpiece. Most of All Thank you to the ARCTIC MONKEYS the best band that will ever exist :)
