The easiest way is to get a large black garbage can with a lid and drill holes near the bottom all around the sides. I tried this open method and pest are attracted to the decomposing plants but they will also eat the live plants closest to the center. I switch it out with a container that can be closed with a lid. On rainy days I take the lid off and when it's done raining I put the lid back on.

Given the Indian budget emphasizing vegetable promotion, the launching of extensive outreach programs by the WVC is highly solicited in states like Karnataka to mitigate flood-disastrous circumstances.

I will certainly make this , I need only for my needs ( home needs ) . It's easy to shift too as bricks are not fixed permanently

Where I am at, a base layer of sand like that is merely an invitation for ants. Who would then dig up the sand unevenly and then the construction would shift and settle unevenly. To make it ant-proof we would need a layer of something caustic, eg (quick)lime. Besides the fact that a brick costs almost 2 USD, making this a rather expensive endeavor. I have stored Veggies in a closed container in a covered hole in the ground. Soil temperatures are rather constant, even at shallow depths so it works as a natural fridge and costs a fraction of this luxury building.

my experience, i put the cuttings to the water in jar. 5 mm from bottom of cutting soak of water. the roots will show up after 10 days. then move it to growing pot. watering everyday with water+ nutrient. next 2 or 3 weeks ready to harvest. this way always working for nero/toscano and curly. but majority fail (root rot) for red russian, scarlet or all variants that has red stem. 😊🙏
