@thereviewandhowto2550 I've been looking for a 25'. Most of them are around 150-200 miles away and don't have prices listed other than what the MSRP is supposed to be so I'm worried about wasting a day for a 5k markup upon arrival. Of course they won't tell me over the phone.

@@nbain66 yeah I was also looking for this car for awhile and saw it the day they got it. I took a chance and left work and went down and bought the car that day pretty much for msrp except the destination fee which I think was a $1,000

@ Had an LX and it was totaled. Replaced it with an SE. The side camera is useful, although redundant. Touchscreen is driving me crazy.

@@chuckwilliams3003 if it’s driving you crazy you could always go in aftermarket one, but you might end up losing your reverse camera or would have to wire into the aftermarket one that there’s not too much differences between LX and SE

@@thereviewandhowto2550 I know some of the car settings are wired through the touchscreen. Such as changing the time, Bluetooth, phone connection. Backup view and side cam appear on that camera. Whereas when I had the LX, all those settings (minus side cam) were routed through the dash screen. Worried if I unplugged the original screen, I’d lose access to those settings. Only got the SE because it was like new after looking at several beat up LXs. I think I’ll just get used to the touchscreen, but I want to be informed on how to replace it if it’s possible. I just miss being able to tune the radio and switch back and forth between the radio and my phone with the push of a button rather than flicking through various menus.

Thanks for the video. It helped me disassemble and connect mine. Unlike yours, the sound on mine works like the original one, and that's because you used a radio with the premium amp connector. You must get one without that connector if you want it to work. I'm now working to find a way to make call controls work, and connect the reverse camera to that screen instead of the small one in the dash. Also ordered from Aliexpress the HDMI and USB connectors to improve it

It’s most important to start from the left center of the panel removal. The plastic panel is the most thin in this area and will crack from the left center edge. It’s best to remove both clamps from the left at the same time then to do one or the other separately.

Hi, I just installed these. Thanks for the tutorial. Did you add any weather sealing? I know it came with the rubber/foam material in the back but am worried it will leak. Also, did the blue cable for the main lamp not have a connector??

That I’m not sure. I would say no, at least not without heavy modifications cause the rear brake calipers are smaller than the front calipers

Yes it will. Now if you did go that route I would say get stainless steel hardware cause they sent cheap stuff that rusted to the point I had to cut it out
