Good video but - If your headphones are connected to the module and your outputs are going out from the module to the IRig, then why do you need to use the mix in aux cable - I don't understand what that adds to the equation ???

I got a problem, my phone is a type c, when I use " 3.5 to type c converter ", the sound is totally bad. But my original old 3.5 phone is perfect How can I fix it? thanks

Strange set up. You don’t need 2 leads out of your module into a mono adaptor. Just use the L/mono out of the module because you can’t have stereo anyway with a iRig. And why run the headphone lead back into the module, why not just plug the headphones into the module itself?

Thanks for the video ! Not sure what I’m doing wrong but so far with my iPhone all that garage band records is from the usual microphone taking the outside sound (not what is coming from the output of the drum). I think I connected everything fine though... thanks for your advice.

How is it that it is still picking up your talking once you plug the irig in. Wouldnt that make it pick up the irig and not the phone microphone ?

Good job!! Just recieved my irig.Gavent used it yet. Most of my drum covers are open air using a Ckmica battery shotgun mic. Found a sweet spot for recording but probably not as good as going direct through the module. Using with a Dtx430 Yamaha set with Note 8 for Camera & a note 3 for the drumless tracks. I just got an iRig 2 today and the drum sound great but the music seems to pulse up and down a little bit. I noticed that on the settings I did not have it set on the 'thru' setting on the irig.Would that make the music pulse? Thanks
