@@jonathansmith2710 I am not trolling you. I am honestly in the market for a boat right now. But your "information" does not include a price. So for me, there is no starting point. I am an old man. That spent most of his life in the sales industry in various capacities. I have been around. The ONLY reason, to NOT include a price in your advertisement, IS simply because YOU ALREADY KNOW it is to high... Thanks anyway...

I never put prices in my video tours because they can sometimes change and I do not want to have to reshoot, edit & upload video tours if they do. With this particular boat, the seller and I had not yet discussed an asking price when I was shooting the video. I'm sorry you did not find the video informative.

In 1986 Bertram not only got rid of the front salon windows and the small ones down below, as they were prone to leak and the ones in the salon let in a LOT of heat taxing the AC, they also increased the hp of the 982 Detroits to 793.hp.

Another very cool feature in the N33 model is that the cockpit floor easily lifts up to allow for easy access to the engine room (in addition to a small access from the starboard bunk plus access by removal of the cabin steps and the cockpit lockers). I believe that is a Rinnae hot water heater in the dining area.

Our most-likely customer is someone who has researched the cost of a new Oceanis 30.1 with options, freight and commissioning and wants to save some significant money. We're aiming to save someone about 25% from a similarly equipped 2023 model, and they can start sailing right away. The savings do not include some recent owner-upgrades including under-deck autopilot, and lithium battery system, which are not even offered by the manufacturer. We currently have a new well-equipped Oceanis 30.1 in stock if someone wants to compare a new one to this lightly used example. Some people will prefer the new one, while others will prefer saving some real money on this nearly new boat that still has warranty.
