First, let me just say, you’re absolutely right women need to satisfy their husbands sexually, as well as spiritually, and emotionally. There is nothing wrong with what you said about that, I teach that to women. Second, me taking Prozac has nothing to do with my sex life, it’s because I was depressed for years and I had no idea until I started taking Prozac. It showed me exactly how depressed I was, my headaches, and migraines, and my back pain, my body pains were all depression. My lack of motivation and lack of energy was all depression. Now I’m moving, I’m doing all the things I love doing, I can focus better, and I am much more loving and attentive to my family. I would suggest refrain from assuming someone’s life, and experiences when you don’t know them. My husband is satisfied in all the areas he wants satisfaction. Three, I don’t ignore anything. I love the Lord and I strive to do all the will of my Father. My husband won’t leave me, and he certainly won’t cheat on me. I don’t have anything to worry about. That being said, thank you for your comment.

I had no idea this behavior was a trend. I would feel so sorry for those men just as I would feel sad for a woman to be treated so badly. We need to make teaching women how to honor and respect their husbands a trend. Many men live up to the standards they feel their wives hold for them in their hearts.

I agree with this! Most men want to please their wives. They don’t try and be overpowering, unless the woman steps out of her place. My husband is a Mr. Steady, so he’s really laid back and easy going. But if I step out of place, he tells me “hey, I’m going to have to put my foot down now.” I always respect his authority. It should be a trend to honour our husbands. That’s what I’m trying to do, start a trend of honouring our husbands! 🙏🏼❤️

Nice compilation! I think one of the things that hinder us is that many Catholics aren't well equipped to counter some of these accusations, whether it's due to poor catechism or just a lack of confidence or what. So it's nice for Catholics to listen to these counter arguments, too!

I agree! I also think it’s wise to not engage with the hostile anti Catholics. There is a lot of them. I have recently had to take a vow of silence on Facebook comments because they were so vicious. So I decided I will post facts and truths, and ignore hostile comments. So far they have not let up on comments, so I have to remain silent.

They changed it last year after so long. When I was a kid it looked different, and for about 15+ years it was an old play ground, but they changed it to that one and while we miss the swings, we also love the zip line lol

Well it turns out… it’s not, and actually the definition fits quite well with what I was saying anyways. debotchery Debotchery (deh-boch-ur-ie) n., The austentatious and absurdly annoying behavior that occurs when a females blood alcohol content has soared far above legal limits botchery Etymology botch + -ery Noun botchery (countable and uncountable, plural botcheries) An act of botching. Something botched; clumsy or careless workmanship. So yeah, it fits with what I was thinking when I wrote it.

I still have a steamer like that- my Grandma used it during WW2, my mother used it in the 60s and 70s for steamed puds and to steam vegetables, and I use it rarely- mostly for Christmas puddings..In light of current fuel costs I think perhaps I should be using it more often, the way Ruth does in this programme.

We have the "elites" of the World Economic Forum, including our own "royals" telling us we must "get on our bikes", whilst many go short of food and heating thanks to gouging price hikes thanks to Government policies, whilst they swan about on helicopters and private jets and eat like ..., well, kings. There is not a chance in H.ll that my children will fight in bankster wars.

Wonderful memories for my Mum and Dad and brother and sister. I was born in 1947 but still lived in the shadow of the War with rationing and my ID book. A different time and place. Everything was saved and used, nothing wasted. Bones, paper, glass, cardboard etc etc. I still have this mindset today. My daughter threw about 3lbs of potatoes away because they had sprouted 😒. They could easily have been peeled and mashed for freezing. This time, I picked out the sprouted spuds in her veg basket and planted them! Growing well at the moment. 👍👍👍

Agreed. A different world then. I was born in 1947 and had a ration book and ID card of my own, which I still have! Rationing ended in 1952, I think the last thing off ration was sugar.

Yes you would. I think the point of them is to keep awe and wonder in us. It’s so beautiful to see something to amazing. I was so mesmerized inside there I could barely sit still the first hour. I focused when it was time to, but the hour before I was so excited I was staring at the stained glass windows and the art, and the statues and all the things. It was amazing! I was the same way when I walked into my parish church lol I love that feeling! I still get it when I go to church. And I want to stay longer than just for mass and prayers after, I want to really soak up the energy in the environment in there. 🙏🏼😊🥰
