It seems everyone of these videos the firefighters just stroll out to the truck and don't seem to move with purpose. Driver of the ladder truck just seemed to be taking his time as did one of the firefighters. Minutes count volunteer, paid your motivation needs to be the same. Don't run but walk with purpose.

The policy for 48 Box’s is to respond until we cannot get a rig out the door. Alternatively, the incident commander can cancel incoming units but that was not the case in this instance.

Similar around her our squad lost a rotator last year after a fire and the ladder was to far back and smashed it so they replaced that one and the other one with leds but the front rotator is still around
