@vikingaxethrowingco15 күн бұрын
It typically it’s a hybrid of karate and some Thai style kicks. They evolved to fit the objective of Sambo. Hands are western and eastern boxing

What's the rules in combat sambo for a take down? Do they continue grappling or do thry like judo? Any help?
@FusBoxesambo18 ай бұрын
They continue grappling if it’s for a submission GNP or pin. If you are grappling for position to set up a submission, that time is limited, as other grappling tournaments are largely long grappling matches searching for a suitable position to gain leverage for a submission, sambo asks that you have a sequence from standing to sub.
@nettlecarrier8259Ай бұрын
they do continue grappling but you have limited time to do something. If you don't go for submission or ground-and-pound quickly, you get stood up.
@nicholasnj37789 ай бұрын
When people ask the question most people understand it’s what better at submission grappling (if it’s combat sambo with striking than yes combat sambo)
@rns74269 ай бұрын
The answer is: Turkish Oil Wrestling. The best grips in the world! You aren’t getting rid of a Turkish wrestler once dude has his fingers in you!
