There is a cap covering the part there the bulb is, twist it counter clockwise, the you will see the bulb plugged into the harness, twist the bulb counter clockwise, thinking back there are one or two clips, pretty sure it’s one, stick a small screwdriver or under the clip just lift up enough to pull the bulb out. I glad I could help. I’m thankful I don’t have your PTO Cable problem. I bought one during some of my repairs, but didn’t need it. My current problem is I’m waiting on a tensioner pulley to come in the mail. I started hearing a new squeaky sound when the blade is engaged. Within about 15 minutes the belt had come off and the pulley was laying beside the lawnmower. I thought I just put that thing on maybe 2 years ago, but my eBay purchase history has it at 5 years ago.

You know I can’t say. The blinker was doing its weird thing they do when the bulb doesn’t work. I was parked, turned the signal on, and check front and rear to see where the bulb was bad.
