That's not. Luis Conte that was Richie Garcia on the percussion Luis Conte no longer plays percussions with Phil Collins. It has not been revealed to me how that happened but Richie joint back in the band but still he's such a great percussion

George, thanks for sharing! For the curious, this song has a video, originally released by their State media (and captured by the internet) from the 2020 Naadam Festival. The sound quality is decent, but the visuals are SPECTACULAR! Enjoy!
