I love to tidy up my sempervivums but I have thousands so only do a few. It's good to thin them out as well.

Hi, may I know why does mine have the same like the one you showed us at 3:33? Could it be overwatering? I use rain water to water her.

Hello is It Wright To place A Peace Of Fine layer of Mosquito Mesh to Seperate the Layers Of Gravel Charcoal & Soil? Thanks For Sharing.
@PlantHouseGarden6 күн бұрын
Yes, that should be fine. If the mesh is too fine, try making a few holes so the water can drain more easily. If you have any more questions, feel free to write to me, thank you.

😢 the soil in my Calathea plant is sort of hard! What is the problem , could it had been the ceiling fan? Please help , the watering I just gave her seep right through her very quickly, 😮☹️😳🙄😦😧😮😲
@PlantHouseGarden11 күн бұрын
This kind of soil could lead to under-watering. I would suggest repotting her and placing her in a chunky mix. You can either buy a ready-made aroid soil mix or make your own. I have a step-by-step video on how to prepare it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYGkl3-jnpaCgM0 This type of soil works well for all Calatheas because it retains enough moisture without keeping the soil too wet. When repotting, try to remove as much of the old soil as you can, but be very gentle to avoid damaging the roots, as they are sensitive and a bit dramatic. Let me know if you need more information! 💚

Oh no...I left a comment on here almost a week ago, I think. I'd missed commenting for a while because I got heat sick. But I remember I left a comment and now I don't see it. We had an internet upgrade in the meantime, maybe that's what happened, but I did not forget you! I remember on this one specifically having the feeling of plants and animals lifting their heads and listening and feeling comfort and peace. 🙏💚 ... I'm slowly catching up on a lot from being sick and I'm very sorry that it looked like I forgot all about you. ... My plants are all still thriving and loving your musical compositions. My orchid has a new stalk with EIGHT blooms on it, two have opened a third will be open within a few hours. 🥰 ... Thank you again for your beautiful music and videos. I feel so bad that it looks like I forgot about them and just disappeared. ..... 🙏💚🌺🌼🌱🏵🌳💙

Oh, no worries at all! Please don’t feel bad-it sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and I’m just happy to hear from you. 💚 I hope you’re feeling much better now, and I’m so glad your plants are still thriving with the music! It’s wonderful to hear about your orchid blooming-eight blooms is amazing! 🥰🌸 Thank you again-your comments are always so deep and thoughtful. It’s beautiful to know that you and your plants are truly feeling the vibes of positivity and healing. I’m really glad you’re here-thank youuuu! 🙏💚

@@PlantHouseGarden Thank you so much! Three open flowers on the one stalk and one that is now opening. One of my spider plants is flowering too. Even when I couldn't be up and around a lot during the heat wave/dome and had to reduce the amount of time playing music - my plants seemed to understand and didn't suffer visible damage at all. Thank you for your part ot that. It means so much. 🥰💚🙏

Estimating , how long does it takes for peperomia grow?
@PlantHouseGarden11 күн бұрын
Peperomias are generally slow growers and can take several months to show significant growth, but in closed terrariums with proper light, they tend to grow much faster.

Do you think air Layering would work on older trees?
@PlantHouseGarden11 күн бұрын
Air layering can work on older Ponytail Palms, but it's generally more successful with younger or smaller plants. Older trees might have thicker, tougher trunks, which can make it more challenging. It’s worth a try if you're patient, but propagation through offsets or pups is often easier for Ponytail Palms.

To spot real rosemary, check the leaves-real ones are dark green with a silver underside. Crush them to see if they release a strong, earthy scent. If safe, taste a small piece; real rosemary has a distinct, aromatic flavor.

It's incredible how connected we are to nature, and it makes sense that the same energy helping plants thrive can benefit us too.
