I 100 % prefer live footage over music videos, even for bands I only like rather than love. Because I never really understood the point of music videos. Music videos seem a bit corny, as a concept. There are exceptions, like the stop-motion Tool MV's that are works of art in their own right, but any "typical" MV seems silly to me. The best MV's are however the ones that just reuse live footage, like Pearl Jam's "Even Flow". Some of the best musical experiences for me have even been scuffed mobile phone footage from concerts.

You should listen to "Hammer Smashed Face", "Zero The Hero" or "Stripped, Raped and Strangled", i love this songs and in my oppinion "Tomb Of The Mutilated" is their best album.

My suggestion from what I've witnessed of your taste in music would be Electric Callboy - Mind reader Also all their videos are awesome!! Great content and commentary!!

Florida based and YES! DeathKlok Vocalist is based on George Corpse Grinder... The land of palm trees, Sunshine, Ocean Pacific Shirts and shorts seems to breed most of the top pioneer Death Metal bands lol... Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, and Malevolent Creation to name a few... Sunshine must feed angry growling souls.. On a last note ? PLEASE! Consider doing "VITRIOL - He Will Fight Savagely" if you really want some mind blowing imagery and music that tips the relentlessly brutal scales with precision... They literally are having real suspension hangings in the video lol... Like the members themselves are getting hooked up whilst creating the rather artistically executed video... If not for the channel check it out for your sakes and they are from France

I personally wouldnt call them metal core although they have elements of that genre. They are like a mix of melodic progressive death metal (a la opeth), djent, groove metal, metalcore and native folk. Unique in their own way. This song is one of my favorites from them with beautiful and symbolic lyrics.

Paleface Swiss - 'Hatred' - its Slipknot on coke, and the best beatdown band out right now. Axty - 'Emptiness Within' - these guys are one of the best metalcore bands out right now, and this music video features Muppet style puppets as the band. I love indie artists and bands, and as they grow and become more popular, and if I'll continue supporting them depends on how the band or artist changes.. if after they become more successful, they become more egotistical, ignore fans, or if they change their musical approach to a more trendy or mainstream sound just to grow their numbers, then I'll lose interest, but fortunately that hasn't happened too much.

INTP Pisces (Mar. 13) here. I'm a musician (bassist) and metalhead going back to the early 90s. For my money, Tatianna is the best vocalist in metal today, male or female, and Jinjer in general might be the best metal band to come out in the past 10+ years. I slightly prefer Phil Bozeman from Whitechapel's growls, but his clean vocals are just good where hers are impeccable. Her techniques, both clean and false cord, are flawless - an absolutely incredible talent. The band is insanely good too; the drummer tackles complex/switching time signatures with ease and fills the space well without over playing, and the sound produced by just a single guitarist and bassist is rich and full. Jinjer is loaded with technical ability, and they've all clearly dedicated themselves to their crafts. I can't say enough good stuff about this band, honestly.

When talking about Behemoth you need to understand that almost all of it is directly aimed at the catholic church. Nergal (Adam Darski, the singer) is a satanist, but he treats Satan as metaphor for a rebel, to deny anything above this life. Everything is about exalting the human being and self improvement, self empowerment.

Truly genre defying. They’re heavy enough to get invited to metal festivals and have legit respect in that world, but they also incorporate many other styles and influences. Not trying to be anyone but themselves. Very cool.
