Wow, really tricky...what if they stop at 2nd or 3rd card?
@user-gw3fq9nh9o3 сағат бұрын
Ok, it's detailed but i think you left important explanation as to why the 2nd card must be two cards at once. You need to explain it a bit. No, don't explain it to me, i know it. It's for other viewers.

Nice to see a female magician. I feel like it’s a very male dense industry.

i think the presentation needs more practice. speak too fast and flat i guess and maybe put more confidence to gain attention. too much delay or something. i think prior videos are better. looking forward from you, dude \m/

Hello there, I first watching you in 2017, I picked up a lot of tricks from you. It seems like a long time ago that I saw one of your videos. It's really cool to see you perform street magic. Keep it up you are really great at it.

Doing a double lift change instead of top change actually makes the trick more slick and error less Nice touch

Thank you, came up with that one a while ago! I think it would’ve been a lot stronger if the kid didn’t spend the whole time trying to shuffle lol, that wasted a lot of time. I also should’ve let everyone else have a turn instead of just using him, that would’ve engaged everyone more.

Just as a suggestion. In that "Q6" effect (11:29)if you're forcing a card (6 of spades) wouldn't it be better for the spectators to shuffle the deck? I think that always adds points in a card magic routine and gives a better impression on the final result and what the spectators remember later.
@_MarioNeta_5 күн бұрын
On the other hand, I love that last effect and you made a very good performance. You were lucky that you had a very good group, the most participatory and without a doubt the one that had the best reactions. And you handled yourself very well, you made it interesting and entertaining. You looked confident and even added a few jokes in between. All in all, an excellent presentation. Congratulations! Keep it up.

Thanks for the input! I agree I usually like having spectators shuffle the deck whenever possible, it just slipped my mind here.

The clothes and your look man.... If you are approaching people on the street to do a magic trick, having a mystical or mysterious look proper to an illusionist or a magician instead of a third-year electrical engineering nerd can be more helpful and functional.
@AMillionCardTricks5 күн бұрын
Haha I appreciate the input but I personally disagree. First of all that isn’t my style, so it wouldn’t work for me or my personality. I don’t want to come off as a pretentious magician with “magical powers,” I want to be seen as a regular guy who can do “magic with cards.” Very big difference. For some people it makes the impact stronger as they don’t expect much coming from my unassuming appearance, only to get blown away by the impossible effect. JS magic (the guy I filmed with) wears a hoodie for almost every video, and look at his success rate lol. It doesn’t matter what you wear, it’s your personality and how it best suits your style. To each their own.

I agree, but at the same time, with no disrespect to MCT, there wasn't much energy for them to feed off of. MCT is definitely improving and just needs to really push more personality and variance in his approach to different audiences. I mean he's already got technical skill, but people skills can be just as hard, especially when you're trying to stick to a repeating process that needs to have enough variance to connect with the unique audience, but not enough it changes the trick.
@mbcx9ts24 күн бұрын
@@MoofyYT He got some good reactions. I thought the hypnotism trick came off as a bit creepy but I guess that's to be expected with the presentation. Hopefully as the series progresses we do see some huge reactions, but you're unlikely to get them when you've just started preforming for strangers.

i LOVED the hypnosis trick, it has two different effects on the audience based on which part of the spectators you belong to, the one who picked the card or your friends watching you get "hypnotised". Love the series man, keep it up!

This series is great! I always practiced tricks from your videos in my room, but my performances for an audience were so awkward and I got so stupefied if my participant looked at a card or something that ruined the trick. Super helpful to learn some other aspects of being a magician from you!
