blurry video and i cant tell what in the world your doing to the little pc of flat metal that wants to keep falling out of the machine. If your going to make a video of your machine you need to show what it can do besides twist a pc of square.

I cannot verify if sand was used, this video was created by our parent company. Sand can be used to minimize deformation, but newer technology would be to insert splines or use a mandrel to support the inside of the profile.

The ends of this piece are sealed. Has it been packed with sand? Will it buckle if the inside is hollow?

Typically structural C-channel is heavier gauge than construction steel studs.

Yes, 40mm Square with 3mm wall can be bent on Ercolina's 030 Mega Bender to as small as 150mm Center Line Radius. We can bend even tighter radius with special tooling if your design allows for a crush bend.
