This is political nonsense. Stop impeding SpaceX because of your tribal attitudes. This is weaponization of government!!! You work for the people. Stop this childish insanity NOW!

They have already destroyed the river along the edge of the pre work. They have a few acres of land set up for construction. There is no way water quality has not already been effected. When they start the boring process to hit and connect to bed rock, the river will be devoid of life in a quarter mile of either side of the work. The steelhead are in full run with rain right now and they are going to upset the run. The old bridge could be retrofitted. This is lobby money from the construction industry pushing these projects. Its Gavin and the costal Nazis taking the cut they have come accustomed to. I live on this river, the Indians who dwell alongside the river are lost souls, living in squalor, destroying the property values of everyone who pays taxes on the land next to them. Its a shit situation, the bridge is being built. Just another ugly over pass on the biggest jewel CA has left. why not an amazing arch like Klamath got? Because the Tolowa have no game. And the city is a little shithole beholden to the prison system of Pelicanbay.

Well, I don't know what our honorable CA government is still waiting for? Wait till we wake up in the morning and there's no water 💦 when we turn on our faucets? It's not one or two days or months to get these plants actually ready for use since we started the building.

Water is life. Desalination kills life. Desalination kills the water. Let us protect the water and everybody's right to it.

You are right, however, fortunately, according to the law of energy, sea water would be self refilled (slow or fast) for as long as the Earth still moves. But, it would be unfortunate if we don't have water to maintain our life!! Think about it.

Such a bad idea opening this land and making trails and bathrooms. Not to mention who will babysit the public while they are on this land? Who will clean up after everyone? People are so disrespectful. Someone will fall off a cliff, get hit by a train and or drown out there. The local community does not want to see this happen. It's outrageous, look how people treat public beaches just outside of Hollister. Trash is piled up sky high. Such an ignorant idea to open another trail, the existing one in Gaviota is in shambles. Take care of that first. Look at the condition our State Parks were in during the government shutdown. People cannot pickup after themselves. Sad but true it will be ruined if this goes through.

It's interesting that fairness is at the foundation of your argument yet it hardly seems fair to forcibly make people allow strangers cross their property and ask them to pay for it. Rich, snobby landowners or not. And if it's about fairness, when will you start fighting for access to the countless other coastal areas that are inaccessible; the Dangermond Preserve, Santa Cruz island, Vandenberg Air Force Base, all of the land between Goleta and Gaviota (much of which the State of California already owns)? I can get behind the principle of what you're doing, but I don't see a practical way of doing it fairly.

The ranch is beautiful exactly because people don't have access. Every other stretch of beach and coastal land in the county and surrounding counties has been tainted by the touch of humans. Leave it natural and beautiful!
