It will take minimum 10 more years for Yamuna expressway area to develop and come to a level where general public can plan to shift and live there. Still many basic amenities, shops, market etc are totally missing. In such a situation it doesn't make any sense to pay more than ₹3000-₹3500 per sq.ft rate. In case someone buy at ₹7000/- BSP per sq.ft rate and spend about ₹75-80 lac for 2BHK their apartment wont be rented out.

Dear Sir we request you please make a small video on Automatic Draw Machine Process which should be used by Yamuna Authority for the upcoming Draw on 27th December where Box & slips keeps rotating in 360' direction and winner slip is selected automatically without any manual interference. In RPS(08) scheme all the slips were not moving in the box in 360' direction & only the slips in the top were being picked up by the school students due to which that was not trustworthy and reliable draw process.

Sir please clarify How the draw will be conducted in RPS (08A) Sector 24A Plot scheme on 27th Dec'24 ? Manual process similar like RPS(08) scheme where slips were not moving in the box or Automatic machine will be used to move the slips inside the box through Button & select the winner slip from the Draw box ?
