An eye for detail going through the OES-CB-2020 recruitment rules vis-à-vis NCTE-Appendix-4(2014) clearly exposes the open violation of recruitment rules in appointment of Assistant Professor Teacher Education Stage-I jointly done by Dept of Higher Education & OPSC. Moreover, in RTI replies OPSC states that there is no violation of OES-CB-2020 Recruitment Rules. And, DHE, Odisha do not reply to any RTI. There comes the monopoly in appointment keeping aside the rules by Government of Odisha through Gazette Notifications. An unbiased investigation is highly sought after. Is there any vested interest? Should the people of Odisha consider it a GROSS SCAM? # Advt 09 of 2021-22 by OPSC

NCTE guidelines violating by all the Colleges functioning under the department of Higher Education in Odisha. Faculty not having B.Ed taking the classes of 11th and 12th as well which is a clear violation of NCTE. In Odisha higher educational institutions are being made handicapped by the government.
