I used to do pallet work in North London. So many arguments with customers who couldn't understand why I wouldn't break down the pallet, carry the stuff inside then take away the pallet and wrapping.
@Rubbishcookreal2 ай бұрын
Normally pallet work is meant to be kerbside delivery with a few exceptions. I have not done that in ages, most of the work I do is commercial where I just open the curtains and they offload with a forklift. I know what you mean 😅

I love how some people think lorry driving is easy, at least physically. They often say things like oh sitting in a lorry driving, whoopie. I am telling you a few hours of this and they will be absolutely knackered. Mentally draining is far more tiring and knackering than physical work. I would not want to drive these routes in a car, sod them in a lorry
@Rubbishcookreal2 ай бұрын
😀It’s not as easy as some people think. You are right, it is a mental challenge on most occasions. Thanks for watching mate
@Pobsta-de7hb2 ай бұрын
@@Rubbishcookreal yea I mean I have never driven a lorry or know anybody other than guys like you on videos but you have loads to deal with. Its very tiring concentrating all of the time, dealing with idiots wanting to be in front, run along side you trying to over take in their cars, walk out in front of you, all cos you are a truck lol. Then the things like when pick ups go wrong and things are not there or problems popping up all effecting your times, then strapping it all in or sorting out the loads, then dropping them off, then not making the hours up and having to stay some place when you never wanted to. There is loads to it. I think anyway I am telling you, grab a few of these people saying its physically and mentally easy, let them have a go lol. No probs, enjoy the videos a lot!

Orange bins are usually filled with dry mixed recycling(dmr) which is anything from cardboard, plastic, cans or glass all in one. Whilst the blue bins are strictly cardboard
