Is it cold during winter? Does it snow ?
@Fairtravel4u16 күн бұрын
Hey, winter in La Paz is from the 21st of June till the 21st of September. Temperature in the city can reach close to freezing. But it are also the dry months in La Paz. So during the day, in the sun, the temperature feels comfortable. Snow in La Paz doesn't happen often, but if it happens it would be in the summer from December till March, when it is wet season in Bolivia

3:45 This is not bolivian folk, it's argentinian folk called "chacarera" from the province of "Santiago Del Estero"
@Fairtravel4uАй бұрын
Maybe this dance is already from before Argentine and Bolivia got separated by borders and now exists in both countries?
@aknsmar2768Ай бұрын
@@Fairtravel4u nope, this is a dance that originated in the 18th century, in "the mother of cities" of Argentina, which is the province of Santiago Del Estero. As you can see, it comes from the gaucho culture that originated several centuries ago between Buenos Aires and its surroundings. If you didn't know, this dance is a national dance of Argentina declared in the government assembly, Bolivia is a country with extremely Native American roots, and I understand that in the 90's the Bolivians who worked in Argentina took our folk there, but it has no origin in Bolivia or influences, because it is another Creole and European culture, including the folklore costumes that come from ancient times in Argentina, except the men's pants that come from the Crimean region between Ukraine and Russia.

@@aknsmar2768 Thanks for the information. I guess that makes sense. It sounds a bit like the history of the Bolivia bowler hats that the women wear. Many people don't know that they adopted this custom from when the Britisch arrived who managed the rail networks...
