The literal only way you could have made this video better is if you'd had a pile of socks next to you and you held up a different pair every time you referenced them until you were essentially making it rain socks 😂

Funny you should mention that; my original plan was to have the entire basket of socks next to me and do basically that. But, real talk, I went back and counted and it took 28 takes to film this Reel, and I figured that introducing more props would just have made the process take even longer. 🤣

Your thumb goes in the circular hole of the book holder and you hold the book how you usually would, while the side pieces hold the pages open if that makes sense! What a lovely bookish gift exchange!

This video has really helped me. I have been struggling for so long to find exercises that don’t cause me issues with my feeding tube. And lots of these exercises I think I can do without causing pain and granulation with my peg feeding tube. Thank you ☺️
