What was the purpose in connecting the 12V output directly to the 9V output? That sounds like it might damage something. Also, are you certain that you're supposed to switch it on when charging? I thought that 12V input becomes a 12V output when the switch is on. Finally, I don't get why they supplied a 9V to USB cable. USB voltage should be 5V. I bought one of these and one of the batteries swelled up on the first charge.

Hey guys, it's been a month since my phone has broken. Same case as my screen popped out and I thought it was durable so I could be careless. Instead, my hands got slippery and dropped the phone.
