Its very easy to blame the Seafarers for this… But what is hidden is that the time pressure and operational pressure is so much.. that the 2 minutes required to wear a safety harness seems too long and hence safeties are bypassed.. as for us Indians.. we are known for “Jugad” and we are sent on very old ships.. with minimum resources and almost no time for maintenance.. this is an open truth that none want to accept.. So please stop blaming seafarers or culture for this.. Blame the company culture first..

I would like to narrate my wonderful experience with Anchorage, i was joining with new reknown company in India as a mate and Initially they booked my stay in some 3 star hotel near airport , but because of some reason it got cancelled because of some pick and drop service from airport, And later company decided to book my stay at Anchorage in delhi and my experience with guest house was not good before in terms of services and hospitality, Initially i was annoyed with office decision about shifting me in guest house and out of annoyance i argued with pickup driver why did u not inform me about the plan change he came at guest house but the whole perspective change once i went to Anchorage guest house .Amazing experience, Room interior was not less than a 3 star hotel .Above expectations, My all frustation went off. Especially the cooked food they serve at your convenience and menu. delicious and home made food at your doorstep. Their staff will take care as if their home guest and they will really make you feel privileged. Other guset are having apartment culture, crowded and lack of privacy. This was really different. If i get another chance i would like to stay with my family .
