That bug was not in Cybernator or the original Japanese release. The exact same bug (in the same location where you were softlocked) was in an English rom patch released by Aeon Genesis back in 2004.

Lore Fact: That wasn't the real Ornstien. It was either a golem animated by a part of Ornstien's soul, or one of Gwyndolin's illusions. The real Ornstein left Anor Londo years ago to search for The Nameless King.

It's very weird that they didn't judt give you a slip cover for the steel book and not both game case and steelbook. I just picked this up from the blow out sale and seems no matter what you'll have leftover stuff.

Is there no towns in this game? The game looks good but it would be a great shame if it doesn't have towns like the goemon games did, that added a lot of charm.
