I have the wire with its own winder - can my spools fit on here? or do we have to have the handless spools only?

As long as it's a Rappa reel, it will fit. You'll just need remove the spinner knob - should be straightforward enough to take off

@@rappa4690 It also has the metal handle thing on it which is sprung loaded? I have also tried to find a winding tool which can be used on a drill / torque gun but with no luck! Used Rappa for 10 years but always manually cranked these 600m spools by hand... which is becoming a bit much

Great video, does the connector need to go on the bottom wire or middle or doesn't it matter?

Hi Simon, as long as they're all joined together it doesn't matter where the connector goes.

Thanks/Diolch. Very useful, but a sort of "Doh" moment for me as I was trying to work out where I'd put the earth lead from the meter, once I was away from the earth-spike in the ground. As soon as I saw you start to stab the probe into the ground "of course you daft idiot" came out of my mouth! lol Thanks again
