However, I can add that before you begin to work directly with awakening Kundalini, you first must dissolve energetic knots (so-called granthis) existing in your pranic body - otherwise Kundalini could get stuck at one of the knots and cause a Kundalini Syndrome, with symptoms resembling a psychosis. You can dissolve the knots by performing Maha Bandha, which is a yogic technique that in turn includes the three bandhas of: Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha. You should also perform Khechari Mudra together with Maha Bandha, because this mudra helps with dissolving the knots even quicker. If you would be interested in learning and seeing how these techniques are performed, I actually demonstrate all of them step-by-step in a video about Maha Bandha, which you can find in my channel. to restore the climate has to first be the game plan in action or the supreme intention. which is not. the ecosystem accommodates those who are willing to live and are able to adapt and survive life. yet mankind or humanity has never realized that we are intelligently operated by an inhumane operator who directs our dreams. so how can there be a solution? and why should there be a solution for it creates a new problem. an option is needed. when mankind or humanity discovers a way to create an intelligence that accommodates those who choose to live and are able to adapt and survive life, then they will find themselves being operated by an organic intelligence for we are headed into a world that will be of an inorganic operator directing our dreams. Organic operators that directs our dreams are people who actually are qualified to represent organic realities. Yet nobody can intend such a reality for that is to advanced and there is more in detail that needs to happen in order for such a reality to manifest. the only power that can restore our ecosystem is the solar system. so an organic intelligence would be found as the official link to such a outcome in regards of our climate issue. this is something like a mechanical job on a very high level of spirituality. nobody that believes that they are physical beings having a spiritual experience can ever achieve this. you must first believe that you are a spiritual being that is having a physical experience to achieve this. for spirituality allows the mind to achieve things that those who are physical can never do... oh I have created such a link, yet it is not part of the game plan in action or supreme intention that is in play for the modern world. unfortunately.
