Muy buenas, este modelo de 5 ejes (y el resto de máquinas de Mazak) sí que sirve para mecanizado de grafito y materiales similares. Sin embargo, el grafito como material abrasivo, requiere un mantenimiento más exhaustivo de la máquina o la implantación de algún sistema de extracción de partículas extra. Why call up the same tool to do the same job multiple times instead of doing all the processes that tool performs, then moving on to the next tool? Every tool change costs money.

I was starting to watch the video with interest ?? But i could Not get the 4 inch Bar Feeder out of my mind. I think i re-watched the start of this video 4 times, LOL. I have used Bar Feeders on a CNC Lathe before. But Not a Bar feeder you could you could put a Bar Feeder in ???? LOL.

You are right, according to the formula: at 12RPM the cutting speed should be 37,68m/min. Thank you for your comment.

En el tablero le das al botón de "Home" y luego con las teclas de X+, Y+ y Z+ (y del cuarto eje en caso de que lo tengas). Con eso mandas la máquina Home en todos sus ejes.
