Hey Shannon! Why are the trig functions derivatives of each other? I get it that it is saying the slope of the line of the output of sin(x) is the same as the output of cos(x)…but how?

Hi Celeste! Are you referring to the synthetic division "box"? It's like an upside-down division symbol. :)

Thank you to all the brave students in sharing their personal feelings about Math. It is encouraging to hear from peers first hand. I further appreciate seeing the "seasoned" students share as it helps with motivating self as I'm past 20 years of age. I'm very thankful for the Math Camp Team taking time to offer this very valuable course. I'm ready to over come my fear of Math! I'm ready to finally obtain my degree and Math is my final courses; I've put it off; I now must face my fears. I'm a Nursing Major and love Science as a whole. The Math almost made me change my major to Accounting which is my Minor. I've worked in Finance industry for over a decade plus, but never had to do Algebra and the more complex math.... Again,Thank You so very much Math Team for your concern for our academic success!
