Where’s the nutritional information from the specialist? For anyone interested in real results, I’ve been using Huel for 1-3 meals daily and feel great. You can get a few digestive issues at first or when upping the about per day. I’ve not made lunch to take work in years and I’m getting more nutrition and use the spare time to make a proper meal with family in the evening. Not for everyone but worth trying, I know a lot of people who use one a day like a quick healthy breakfast or an easy lunch on the go.

For anyone not in the know, nutritionist is not a protected term. Anyone without any sort of certification can call themselves a nutritionist. Dietitian, specifically registered dietitians are protected terms and you have to typically get a bachelors degree in dietetics, nutrition, etc (related fields) in order to be able to call yourself a dietitian. Do not believe anything a nutritionist says. It’s also okay to be a little skeptical of dietitians but keep in mind they had to study and learn to earn their title.

I'm curious about the efficiency of absorption - I was under the impression that things like zinc and copper compete for absorption if ingested at the same time? I can see from the ingredients list that there are varying levels of these competing minerals - is this to combat the absorption rate? Answers on a postcard - please! 🙏 Xx

Rate this product a lot - strawb and cream or salted caramel. Combined with a protein shake is really good too - I can typically drink 60 grams of protein in about 10 seconds

Why did you even waste our time with weighing legitimate pros and cons if you are just going to end the video with "Ooh its a scary long list of ingredients" Yes its a long list bu design their goal was to put in every nutrient your body needs.

It makes me fart soooooo much. No surprise however, its main ingredient is PEA POWDER. Doesn't anyone else experience this? Peas 🫛 make you fart. Why doesn't Huel switch to sea weed? Sea weed has the same protein content, lower carbs and won't cause bloating/farting. Moreover, sea weed has numerous additional health benefits. I wonder why Huel doesn't switch to sea weed on at least one of its product lines 🤔

Fulfil bars are tastier. That said, too many of any bars gives me gut distress. Expensive but convenient. Not a regular purchaser of them, but will try a brand / flavour only if they are on offer.

Gas! Gas! Gas! Within minutes of having Huel Black I feel uncomfortably bloated. And within a couple of hours I’m farting like a tuba. It’s almost painful. 🙁

Here's the thing, indeed it may not be great for every meal. but it maybe great for me because my work breakfast and work lunches are rather crappy. So huel could help at least keep me stable nutrition wise until dinner when I would eat with my dad a actually cooked meal. You just need to balance it and that can be easier than you think

''What's even more shocking is how MSG affects your brain. There is a protective mechanism in your brain known as the blood-brain barrier. Your brain depends on careful control of chemicals to operate smoothly. Even small fluctuations in the concentrations of these chemicals can cause drastic disruptions in brain function. When excitotoxins enter your brain, they literally excite brain cells until they die. MSG is added to foods as a taste enhancer, but it is well established in research as an excitotoxin. When MSG enters your brain, not only does it kill brain cells, but it also wreaks havoc on brain functions. Some research has even linked it to the progression of Parkinson's disease. According to Dr. #$%^&*, a homeopath and the author of The Detox Solution, "ingesting MSG over the years has also been linked with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's."'' so what is it now???? i am really confused
