Golf in Asia is expensive so they spend a lot of time at the range hence a lot of scores on Toptracer come from there. Hopefully, these approach challenges transfer onto the course. If Rory can get the Master in the bag I think he'll go onto win more majors ... big year for him.

Interesting to see the big dog out for par 4s and 5s. Some good putting. I overlook the 2nd green and 3rd tee.

Would TGL have been such a big event if Tiger and Rory weren't involved? Maybe TGS should get a Team involved, LIV team v PGA team v DPWT team

Comparing tgl to liv is stupid. Liv is a golf tour, compare that to the pga tour and the dp world tour. TGL is a Tuesday night game show, bit of fun in addition to normal golf to try and reach a new audience. Strange take lads
@talkgolfscotland22 күн бұрын
When you say it like that!! 😮😂 I suppose what we were comparing it to the fact LIV was promised to be something completely new and different in golf which it really isn’t. TGL is something we haven’t seen before.

Never caught this in 2020. Was really good listen. Love to hear David's thoughts on broadcasting now with far more remote production, presentation and commentary and the 'casual' nature of coverage now rather than the big studios and gravitas big events had.

Thanks for taking the time to put this together, really enjoyed it. Liked the new format too, maybe a scramble next year??? Be good if you had a shot tracker for the tee shots. Do you know the smooth swing app? It’s free and would do that for you. Thanks again.

😂love your work. Although slagging off one of the best most strategic Par 3s in Scotland is unkind. Birdies are hard to find on that big long bowl of a green. If you can’t see the pin you need to grow a foot taller 😊

Pin on the 3rd is generally up the top. Very seldom do you see it down the bottom. The casual tee on the 12th would make a better medal tee as it makes the green very. very narrow. To play the 17th on a flat calm day is unusual and you lucked in there, normally wind in to or against and can be anything from driver/3w to driver/9i as a result. Sad to say that the greens are in a terrible state at the moment.
