You should apply to orthopedists because mostly you may need surgery if it is more then 2 in a year.If not still you need to go to Orthopedists or Sport Doctors

How have they been since? Has there been any recurrence of the injury, or long term effects since the injury?

He didn’t have any injuries and still not .First 16 months sometimes when he pushed hard he said he was having .Now he doesn’t have any effects

What to do to prevent this from happeing in the future ? Can we strengthen the muscle to stop this happening or is it just bad gemetics ??

Firstly anterior and posterior muscles should be in balance, both in strength and flexibility. Rotators should be strengthened. If you can find a clinic that have doctor and physiotherapist to make controls ,tests and they can give exercises.

@@MuhammedTartik I dislocated my shoulder years ago and never had surgery...since then I always have this instability in my right shoulder... I am scared of confrontations and getting into fights to defend myself thinking that my shoulder will give up on me in these situations. It bothers me mentally . Thankyou for this motivation I have dislocated my shoulder I think over 25 times since I was 15 years old Until now I have a dislocation but this one helped me a lot. I got my dislocation of my shoulder from basketball since high school. Can you please give me the name of this song plz
