Only seeing frosty mods is a patch folder issue. Not seeing frosty mods with .daimods installed is the game not reading your mods at all so deleting the mod data folder and forcing it to re-apply might fix it. However frosty fix is no longer needed I believe with the newest version of frosty and might only be causing more trouble!

@@FoodThenGames In the past I only used frosty, but it never worked well for me, even with this last update it didn't work for me, I always needed frostyfix, I deleted it and installed it many times but it never worked as it should And this problem continues and now only the DAI mod manager mods appear and I don't understand why it doesn't work well for me I have watched your video about frosty many times and I do everything in detail but the same thing always happens to me

Because I don’t use BG3MM. Literally any mod that you need BG3MM for you can use vortex for. I’ve used an unhealthy amount of mods since early access and never had any issues with vortex so I’ve chosen to continue to use it. And I only offer tutorials for things I actually use so I can help people troubleshoot!

@@FoodThenGames Dang, I literally agonized over this all last night because each Mod description for Tav Hair Salon and Character Creation WIP had BG3MM listed under requirements, and another girl's tutorial (blue hair, Idr @) also showed using that for Mods even though they all get downloaded from Nexus. Last night was my very first attempt at modding, and I successfully got TavHairSalon working, but now I'm worried I've done something redundant? It shows up in Vortex and BG3MM.

@@FoodThenGames your video has been my favorite in terms of being clear, concise, and great quality, but it's hard to find tutorials specifically geared toward people like me with ZERO modding experience, barely able to navigate computer files, and next to no PC gaming experience. So when I come across things that seem to conflict or aren't explicitly talked about in a tutorial somewhere, my brain essentially turns into a loading wheel with dial-up sounds.

Clearly past me was very sleepy when scheduling these so happy weekend!!

It’s not to fix an issue it’s to allow frosty to read the .daimods as the patch folder instead of as a secondary patch folder which it cannot read. Frosty doesn’t install into your game like .daimods does so it’s fine!

@@FoodThenGames no I get that, but what I dont get is after both daimod and frosty are installed, if I want to uninstall something, won't I lose the mods from Frosty, since I'm backing up the patch folder that didn't have the Frosty mods before.

Nope because like I said frosty doesn't install into your game or touch your patch folder. It has it's own mod data folder that it reads but stores the mods themselves offsite of the game so it doesn't matter. what you do to the patch folder as long as it can read that you have a "patch" folder.

I have this weird issue where my archer's arm looks funky when shooting the bow and I can't seem to find what makes that happen. I followed your Ivy top 50 mods, lovely. But I tried to deviate a little.
