Yes he actually is the hero of that family. If Chris hadn't of risked everything to go back in time to stop Wyatt from becoming evil, then that family wouldn't have a future. Paige would have died early, as would Piper. Wyatt would have become an evil dictator who didn't give a shit about family. etc. I don't even know what happened to Phoebe. And it's safe to say that whatever was left of the sisters stopped trying to save the world. They weren't going to go up against their own son and nephew. Chris going back and doing everything he possibly could, even going so far as to die to try and protect his brother from Gideon, saved that family and the world. He didn't have to do that. He could have kept his head down in his own time and just allowed his brother to rule or even join Wyatt. He could have traveled somewhere else entirely and let his family and the world be what it would become without interfering. But he didn't do that. He did everything he could and risked everything to save them, to save the future as well.

I imagine that he was there to comfort her immediately after she crossed over. Traumatic to learn that you just died, and even more so given your history as a Charmed One that this time it can't be fixed. She'd need people there to help her through it, to adjust, just as Grams said she herself was doing. Think of how confusing it must be. One second you're being attacked in your own home, then standing over your own body, forced to go with Death to that sunlit place Piper was in in Awakened, then through the hole Paige almost went through in Styx Feet Under (all this time having been hoping that Leo will show up in time), then to find yourself on that clouded park bench again, perhaps, and to have to come to terms with the fact that, this time, it's your turn to stay. And what that means for those you're having to leave behind as well. If she was watching her own funeral, I imagine she was also crying. It's one thing to accept that your rightful place is now in the afterlife, and another to come to terms with what happened to make that the case.

It was for publicity because they were mad that everyone was getting along so well that they thought they needed to make some bull crap up so it would get interesting. But i thought charmed was enough entertainment for everyone with the paparazzi trying to make money from the scam.

They did not hate eachother. There was too much tention because of another person on the show, It was not between shannon and alyssa . Shannon also didn't leave because her, it was because of the fact that she wanted to start directing so they killed her off. So stop with the shannon and alyssa feud crap. It never happened, the papz just wanted some heat and press.
