I bit of friendly creator advice….. Your intro is insanely long. 60 seconds is way too much. I guarantee your average watch time on this isn’t even 25% of the total video length. Most people will click off after 30 seconds because they can’t be bothered to wait. Ideally you want to scrap the intro altogether until you’ve got a decent subscriber count. Even after that, a 15-20 second intro is more than enough, but don’t put it right at the start because new watchers will just click off.
