Sadly, many sections of this are now washed out and even the bridge near Princeton is busted up. :(

Heartbreaking, I loved riding this section of the KVR, not sure it will ever return!

waterways are so messed up last 300 years by commerce and 'charcaters' who steal and pollute.

Thanks for the video. Wasn't sure how the LGB connected to the Spirit Trail until now.

It's for kids and old people. Those morons in tight pants zipping by only add to the clown factor.

www.strava.com/routes/2869360039683592336 its a great ride, the gravel rail trails are in good order ... watch out for the Sooke Hills trail, some steep sections, just allow a bit of extra time for a bit of pushing.

Thanks for this. I was just daydreaming about this route, though going the other way It looks very fast rolling, and it seems you're using fairly bald 32mm tires. Did the tire choice suit the trail?

Thanks Bruce. Sooke hills trail had some steep sections where my well worn tyres struggled to find grip on the gravel but only had to push once. Rest of the route was basically on rail trails and in great condition.
